I brought an Audi in for a pre-purchase inspection and received excellent service. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle and thanks to Edge I saved thousands.

Brought the car in with a specific, possibly real big nuisance, of a problem on the self leveling suspension. I didn't know where to begin on this one. They traced it to a fuse, charged only their minimum labor charge, and now the rear ride height and suspension behavior is back to normal again.

Mini of Mt View is no longer around and I needed a place to get a pre-purchase inspection of a 2007 Mini Cooper S. EDGE was professional from making a phone appointment, to the quality of the inspection, SHOWING me what they found (not just telling me) and then the repair a couple weeks later was more of the same--very professional. My new brakes are smooth and not the least bit "grabby" Feeling like new brakes could be. I will be back as needed in the future!
